I was banned for GR 6.17 for not showing overlays in a clip. The clip shows me Alt + Tabbing to access Discord on a second monitor, which Kira interpreted as hiding overlays. However:
My mouse visibly moves to the second monitor to click Discord. If I were hiding overlays, the clip would only show gameplay, but it also shows my home screen. My Nvidia ShadowPlay overlay is visible at the end of the clip. Kira explained to my friend via DM that I was banned because Discord wasn’t visible when I Alt + Tabbed. They also immediately suggested appealing for a reduced 7-day ban, which raises questions about the original 30-day ban.
I was simply checking a solar panel and got RDMed—not in a combat situation where proof was critical.
