This is not the Ghetto you could have asked him to put his gun inside. Moreover, at the timestamp you mentioned no ID can be seen shooting at any person who was unconscious so insufficient evidence for GR 6.13 as you're just putting random false accusations/claims on people who were on mountain (if they were part of family, they have right to shoot LEOs once LEOs started shooting). Requesting admins to also check timestamp 0:55 for Soumu Mafiaa for Fail RP as no LEO can unprofessionally mention such things on organization radio like " Save his ass " it's no RP. Also thread owner ID 123960 can be seen doing Fear RP at timestamp 1:22 by flying a helicopter which is already smoking and not fearing for your life, just rushing and ramming the mountain like it's a game and not fearing for your life even though you knew heli could stop working anytime.
