Dear admins ,
I have gotten warn for gz 1.1 but the pov the player provided was of only of 18 secs which he edited and cut off the part where he shooted at me and went inside gz

The provided pov by him proves the rule break
If you have the pov of the situation where he broke the rule, you can report the person on forums in complaint about player section​
