hello Admins, i got warn + jail for ER 1.20 during Bank Protection event

as you can see the guy entered the bank and was running towards the metalic gates, we only shot him after he reached the entrance of the metalic gates, i certainly didn't shoot him while he was loading as you can see he entered and rushed towards us ... i didn't go to him or shot the spawn location

hopefully you'll reconsider this decision, remlove the warn and give me compensation for the jail as i see it unfair... thank you
