On consideration Fear RP + Fail RP + Provoking + LR 3.3 | 155854

At 1:28, ID 155854 fails to show fear for his life despite 4 guns aimed at him, responding harshly with "you gonna be on GOV " + "keep crying" and " just keep crying ", disrupting the RP and violating the Fail RP rule. This behavior is also provocative, as we were engaging in proper RP and requesting his ID. As a leader, such toxic and inappropriate actions violate LR 3.3, as leaders are expected to maintain proper conduct and avoid conflicts.
