Life Story:
Mar was born in Baku, Azerbaijan. His mother died when Mar was one year old. After that Mar's father gave him his all support. Mar's father used to be police. He gave some advices to Mar to be more great in the future. After that advice,Mar was interested in becoming a policeman since he was a child. At the age of 18, his father passed away and Mar had no source of income. . Then Mar became the policeman he wanted to be since childhood. His father was also a policeman and Mar had strong contacts because of that. Mar was assigned to Los Santos because he did very well there. After being assigned to Los Santos, living here was difficult for him. Since he was new here, he saw some SAHP policemen taking bribes from people. After that day, Mar would go to SAHP and work there.
Career Story:
When Mar came to los Santos, he started his career in SAHP for the first time. He got a good rank in the first promo ceremony. But unfortunately SAHP disbanded after 1 day. Then Mar entered the LSPD and tried to get a rank there. After hearing that the SAHP was opening, Mar was transferred there. After the transfer, mar worked hard and after 4 promo ceremonies he got a good rank. But he still didn't get what he wanted. Then Mar entered FIB, gained experience there and received a new offer from SAHP. Mar evaluated this offer and returned to the place where he started, that is, SAHP. Here, Mar chose the S.W.A.T department and tried to get a rank there. After working hard, the leader and his deputies gave him a chance and gave him the rank of HOD.
Outcomes:
1. Mar can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
2. Mar can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
