i. As a leader, I’d be eager to create meaningful change, as I always wanted to lead a gang whether it’s through improving processes, fostering innovation, or building a strong organizational culture. I would emphasize my commitment to making a tangible impact on the organization's success.
ii. I will keep on doing activities to make the whole rp more fun which would make more people excited to join my org , I will invite people only who know the proper rules and would ask other people’s idea to improve the org.
