2.1 My Main motive of being a Leader of this specific organization is to improve the experience and POV of others looking down towards the gang. As I have a good experience in gangs and I Have been with gangs as a new citizen and as well as a high command. But I have seen Alot of favoritism within the gangs getting HC ranks for new and good members are quite hard because of the leaders have friends and he has given HC ranks to them and mostly they don't even know the rules I want to clear that issue
2.2 My second reason to be a gang leader is that i want to help newcomers that has eager to learn more rather then helping those who spread toxicity
2.3 My Third reason of being a gang leader is to kill the attitude of HC being on that rank. HC of this term will not have attitude rather then they will have knowledge and will help the new members that come to gang

1- Follow The rules and code of conduct of gangs
2- Appoint HC that have knowledge rather then attitude
3- All members should be respected rather then harassed based on their rankings
