At timestamp 1:25 in the POV I noticed ID 92013, a Minister of State with a brick hand tattoo, clear evidence of a prior criminal record, violating State Rule 1.3, as individuals with criminal records cannot join the organization. I informed ID 114352 about the tattoo, who publicly stated "Ok Sir you will be suspended for this please remove it" but took no further action such as firing or arresting him or even suspending him (can be seen in GOV logs after matching time). At timestamp 4:45 (Imgur link provided) ID 92013 is seen driving an organization's vehicle licence plate [2GOV129] which is impossible if suspended (can also check logs), and using it for personal purposes by giving rides to non Government or offduty individuals (ID 55563, ID 160493) violating the State Rule 5.11 as well. This indicates that ID 114352 is encouraging illegal activities, tattoos and misleading the public, violating GR 6.4 and LR 2.1 as leaders cannot be corrupt. Additionally, at timestamp 4:06 ID 92013 ignored my valid request to show his ID and fled, further violating GR 6.4.

So about the hand tattoo, it is an IC rule break and that does not count as corruption and only causes a suspension as mentioned in the Labour law- b) On the Grounds of Serious Dress Code Violations. An Employee must comply with the
requirements of the Dress Code. Where a serious violation has been identified (such as face or
hand tattoos), an Employee may be immediately Suspended until the reasons have been
corrected.
And since there was a ic event I told him I will look into it as it was a internal matter and I did not want to disclose it publically. Required Action have already been taken.

You publicly stated "Ok Sir, you will be suspended for this, please remove it" doing RP of implying a suspension under IC law. You also did RP telling him to go off duty immediately. However, you misled the public and temporarily encouraged the illegal tattoo (logs with suspension timing/actions can clarify this). He also used the org vehicle for personal use, violating SR 5.11. Favoritism delayed action until the individual with the tattoo was satisfied. + The IC event had already ended, as shown in the POV, and you left the area afterward, making this excuse invalid.

Nope you committed Fail RP by not stating ICly that you wouldn’t show your ID and just leaving randomly. I had IC reason to ask for your ID again, showing the ID would have been the proper IC way to confirm whether actions were taken. Additionally as seen in the POV, your suspension was confirmed on the spot, yet there’s now a time disparity on Forums in when actions were taken. This misled the public, and it’s unclear how you were able to drive the car while holding a suspended rank.

Sir, You can ask for ID when someone interacted with you, or is involved in any situation related to you. In what capacity you were asking his ID to confirm if action was taken? Or what authority do you have to ask for proofs of action, you are not a judge or a lawyer. GOV is not obliged to show you any proofs whatsoever ICLY. Or its not a event or any arrest whose POV you can request on forums.
