On consideration - Fear RP | 155409

we were in border patrol when we asked him (155409) to leave but he kept coming back so my officer tazed him. after being tazed he had 3 + lethal weapons pointed at him but he didn't fear for his life and started to run. ez gov!!!

there was a debate on whether or not Demands were given and the additional POV was provided, just to make sure admins do not miss out on the demands part Im opening a new Forum with an even clear POV. Please note this is an continuation to the old thread. requesting same admin to review this when the former thread is being reviewed.

In this clip at Timestamp: 0:12, ID 34392 gave demands counting from 5 to fear for life and get off the car.
at Timestamp: 0:14 you can see the color change in window, why? cos the side window is shattered and a Taser shrapnel can easily penetrate through it.
at Timestamp: 0:15 ID 157396, myself and ID 172039 and many more pointed guns. But this person sought to be smart and run to his other gang car.

Here, to revise, both demands were given and fear RP was commited.

As for the first part where you mentioned ID 34392 was giving demands, he just barely said " 5-4 " and there was no time given for me to even react since I was instantly tased without demands by ID 114605. For second part I've already explained in the previous thread that I was told to leave the area and wasn't given time beforehand to leave, therefore I was complying with demands and ran away validly, not a single officer told me not to move or to put my gun inside immediately, + ID 114605 is spotted using taser (while tasing me 2nd time) even though there are gunshots which is another instance of PG. + Provide extended POV rather than selective 30 seconds clip which doesn't prove anything since I was shot at (RDM) before being given demands. As for the taser part why was the risk taken to shoot through the window, there's only assumption that taser went through the tiny part you're imagining based on reflections on window, thus proving I was tased through window.

As can be seen in my POV provided below, ID 114605 cuffs me while I have a gun in my hand and confidently claims he can do so if it's revolver, + as can be seen later when I was told not to move while there were guns in my hand this time I could run away but I didn't since I was given instructions while being pointed at, which clearly shows the difference between both timestamps. + continuous provoking was done from LEOs so I'll be requesting reviewing admin to punish for provoking.
