Rejected Not responding tickets | State curator

I have raised multiple tickets to seek clarification on a question directed to the State Curator team, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. On one occasion, Admin Krish Pluxury responded and assisted me with my query, though he mentioned that he could not provide a definitive answer on his own. Following his advice, I submitted additional tickets and explained my concern in detail. However, despite my efforts, no State Curator other than Krish has responded. Krish advised me to wait for a response from a Senior State Curator, and I have patiently waited for days, yet no response has been provided.

I want to bring this issue to your attention and kindly request that you look into it. I would greatly appreciate it if my query could be addressed, as I have been waiting for a considerable amount of time without resolution

No Offtopic but if something was related to 1 admin and if that admin already asked you to wait and is handling the situation then there's no need to spam them rather be patient since it's not a small thing. 2nd it's pretty suspicious of you making that server just to assist your friends who could call you by MG and you're finding a loophole of that. 3rd About not responding tickets, there are reasons due to which admins cannot see ticket and you have to make it again and be patient.

No Offtopic but if something was related to 1 admin and if that admin already asked you to wait and is handling the situation then there's no need to spam them rather be patient since it's not a small thing. 2nd it's pretty suspicious of you making that server just to assist your friends who could call you by MG and you're finding a loophole of that. 3rd About not responding tickets, there are reasons due to which admins cannot see ticket and you have to make it again and be patient.

That server is not just to call by doing MG it's completely different things and i waited for much time + i dont want to assist my friend only i want to assist everyone in the city and that's server is not for calling me to doc or anywhere that is for requesting a lawyer if there is a wrong full arrest or something by a leo. They will explain me and my colleague the situation in that server and we will do further steps icly.

It is complete IC issue, the whole concept of corruption is ruined by this idea, LEOs will usually do departments and corrupted LEOs will not do departments to do corruption and if we start proving them corrupt because of discord servers it won't make sense. If department is not done IC procedures are there like Subpoena, case files etc which can be dealt with rather than MG which you are explaining in different words.
