Good day,

I was wandering around Beach Market, where vehicles are not supposed to have access.
Suddenly, I was killed due to VDM.

In my opinion, entering a vehicle into the Beach Market in any way is also considered Bug Abuse. Even if it entered due to car congestion in the parking area or through some bug in the area, you still cannot use it on the beach. Doing so would mean exploiting visible game bugs.
