So this guy has created his account on 14 November and Specifically on the purpose of Doing Off Topic and Trying to mislead the administrators. the account created by him is a fake account and the Name of his main account is Bam Asiri. You can also see him targeting multiple State Orgs with Unnecessary Forums.

Activity of Milky Galaxy : (1) Reviewed - RDM + MG + GR 6.13 | 141803+179595+174054+178231 (in this forum he was not related at all and was trying to mislead admins buy saying i was not using all ovelays and stuff.)

In all the threads you mentioned my responses make sense and are extremely valid and on point, none of them are offtopic and you cannot make false accusations specially those claiming I wasn't in the situation. It can also be seen from your and your friend's activities that whenever there are people about to get punished for Forum rule 8, those specific threads are closed and admins are deceived, their time is wasted and once proven wrong y'all start making assumptions, if you were right you shouldn't have closed the forum and if I did offtopic I would also be surely punished. I don't see how date of when account was created matters as long as it's legit.
