LIFE STORY:
Shinra grew up in a dangerous part of São Paulo, where crime was a daily struggle. His father, a feared figure in the local criminal world, influenced him heavily from an early age. As a teenager, Shinra got involved in various illegal activities, including robberies and car theft.
Shinra’s father was deep into international criminal dealings, which made him many enemies. One day, he left for a major deal in the USA involving drugs and human trafficking, leaving Shinra behind to manage things.
Shinra's life took a dark turn when he learned that his father was killed in a raid by FIB agents. Isolated and vulnerable, Shinra lost his closest friend shortly after, targeted by his father’s rivals. With no one left to trust, his gang fell apart.
Moving to a new part of the city, Shinra found a new circle of loyal friends. Determined to rebuild his life, he joined the Brazilian Federal Police, hoping to bring justice to those responsible for his father's death. However, old habits die hard. Shinra soon found himself involved in corrupt deals, reselling confiscated weapons and turning a blind eye to criminal activities, drawn back into the world he wanted to escape.
Career History:
After arriving in the USA, Shinra found himself drawn to the world of government operations. He joined an intelligence agency, quickly rising through the ranks due to his sharp instincts and understanding of the criminal world. His time in the agency allowed him to study the mistakes and weaknesses of law enforcement officers up close.
Through relentless work and an impressive track record, Shinra earned rapid promotions, eventually gaining significant power in the citys. However, the more power he amassed, the more corrupt he became. Greed and the desire for control overtook him, fueling his thirst for revenge against those who had taken everything from him.
To carry out his plans, Shinra resigned from his prestigious position and joined the FIB to investigate from within. His desire for vengeance led him deeper into corruption. He transferred to the Criminal Investigation Division (CID), using his skills to silently conduct his personal investigation.
Once Shinra reached the rank of 00 agent, he gained access to highly classified information. Now, with the truth, Shinra is determined to exact his revenge in a way that benefits him the most, using his corrupt influence to manipulate events to his favor.
Outcomes:
1. Shinra can destroy peoples bodycam. (using /try to find it and /do to destroy it) (only twice per situations.)
2. Shinra can help family or friends with various tasks such as getting them out of jail, or clearing their criminal history and stars and giving them less charges. (using darknet task once a day)
3. Shinra can carry and use illegal weaponry and items such as engine blockers, drugs and illegal guns both on duty and off duty that he obtained from his fights or personal purchases.
4. Shinra can buy, sell and trade illegal weaponry or items through the exchange menu or the black market. (No Org Items)
5. Shinra can take bribes to do various tasks such as clearing stars, bringing them out of jail or setting them free. (100k max or equivalent value in illegal firearms or items) (not to be hostage)
6. Shinra can deny a lawyer and refuse to show identification to cover his identity.
