2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - When I heard about Grand RP, I was excited to play and join the National Guard because, in my real life, I was in the army. I know how things work in IRL, but in the national guard, things were totally different.
I began my journey as a private, then I climbed up easily to high command because of activity (10–12 hours of duty daily), and now I even went into the city to explore.
This shows my commitment towards the National Guard. I was so deeply driven into my role and did my duty without any excuses.
2.2 - As a private, I mostly stood on gates, but when I found out there are many departments like HR, AF, SASD, PR, and MP. I really wanted to join them all and explore more and better sides of NG. I waited for my rank up and joined SASD and AF. Then the Head of HR approached me with an exciting offer to join HR&T, and I jumped on it. I have come to realize their importance. Ensuring that these departments are led by the best individuals will greatly impact NG's overall success.
2.3 - Units in NG used to stand on gates from 12:00 IC to 22:00 IC. In this specific time period, there are multiple active units only, but before and after there are none.
I want to change this by having active units available before and after this time. During the time period that I spent in NG, I learned that people need encouragement in their careers. The greatest technique to hold soldiers and empower each unit to attend Global is to provide them bonuses and additional tasks to explore.
3. Advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization:
3.1 - It is important for improving RP within the NG organization. Before putting a unit on duty, guidelines and internal norms must be thoroughly taught. Moreover, each unit must be aware of their obligation before attacking anyone, as well as their capacity to engage the public as they approach the gates and protect themselves from harm.
3.2 - Regardless of their rank, units must be properly aware of their powers, and I do not want any units to be mistreated during my lead. I won't support favoritism throughout my time, especially when it comes to units that don't have any supporting evidence.
3.3 - Getting involved with other organizations is crucial for ensuring the city's stability.
To improve their knowledge and comprehension of events, units will receive training and participate in unique exercises with other organizations.
Departments:
Human Resources – One of the most important divisions of every law enforcement organization is the human resources division. Because it is in charge of selecting the greatest candidates and preparing them to be the best soldiers they can be, this department needs to operate efficiently.
Public relations - The defining of a public relations department will be essential for interacting with Los Santos residents. This department will help develop a strong bond all over the city and inspire passion for one of the unique Org (NG).
SASD - As the name implies, the Security Assistance Support Directorate (SASD) will carry out unconventional operations by air, land, or sea as part of special teams in times of conflict or peace. These operations include counterterrorism, search and rescue, reconnaissance, demolition, and aggressive raids.
Air Force - Operating with ground units, AF's main goal is to protect the base and its airspace from air and ground threats. Scouting the region surrounding the base to look for gang activity and move SASD and other units to high-risk areas is the secondary goal.
Military Police – This division will guarantee that every soldier is giving their utmost effort. with routine military examinations, such as background checks, license checks, trunk inspections, and prevent corruption in NG
Military Intelligence -The primary objective of military intelligence is to promptly, accurately, and cooperatively support the army's tactical, operational, and strategic requirements. giving the base information about potential raids and gang activity in the vicinity of FZ Base. To ensure professionalism, solely High Commands will be in this department.
