Evan Fedorov was born in Karachi , Pakistan and since he grown up at the age of 5 he met some friends that were involved in gang activities and he got attracted to it . After turning up into 10 , evan left pakistan and shifted to Los Santos , the city of gangsters . As soon as he arrived in LS he joined a yellow coloured gang with all clothes and cars of yellow colours that dominates the city at that time . This journey goes on and One day he met leader of that Yellow Gang and he inspired him alot and give him deputy Leader position after that Evan’s life was completely changed he was killing leos on regular basis and robing everyone in the city. He was the most known gangster of los Santos but one day some leos arrested Evan for sometime and when I came back , he became a part of leos but he started doing corruption there and he was fired after that he invloved in gang activities again.
Outcomes:
1. Evan can become Civilian hostage for up to 100k
2. Evan hides a camera in his belt and he can record everyone 24/7
3. Evan can break the bodycam of leos and civilians if he is in trouble ( not against to server rules ) for example : being arrested he broke bodycam of leo and asked a lawyer
