2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) Over my time in SAHP and many other legal orgs, I have found that SAHP has been my favorite one, and I always wanted to see SAHP on top, leading, and being the first org to respond to globals and locals. I would love to be able to bring a great team to create a safe and fun atmosphere for the people of San Andreas. SAHP is a really crucial org, especially in protecting San Andreas and the highways, and in my term, I would make sure that highways are safe for everyone and that there are no crimes.
2.2) Since i have arrived in the city i enjoy working in legal orgs and i have worked in LSPD for 2 terms , NG for 3 terms , FIB 1 term and SHAP for 3 terms and i loved SHAP the most , i enjoyed being in it and in the period of time i learned a lot about SHAP and how it works . i joined LSPD in starting and i climbed my way through and became the HOD there and made some connections . through this i made sure that even if i was hod or cos i made sure my team has the best time and environment and i developed good leader ship skills and if i become the leader of SAHP i will make sure that we create a safe environment for all.
2.3) My last reason is that i would love to become the leader of SHAP and i will make sure that SAHP will be very responsive and is responding to global and i will make sure that there is no favoritism and i think that everyone hold a potential to lead every event and i will make sure that under my leadership everyone has a chance of leading events even newcomers.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.
3.1) In my term, I will make sure that we collaborate with every org, and I will enforce radio codes so that they use the correct radio codes. I will make sure that they will use radio codes and engage in RP situations too. For example, I have seen many guys using wrong RP commands and radio codes in situations that are really important, and because of this, they sometimes use wrong RP commands and wrong radio codes. I will not let that happen in my term, and I will assign HR units to train them so that they don't make mistakes. I will make sure that everyone in the org will follow the rules and help other orgs with their mission.
3.2) SAHP is a well-organized org. I will make sure that I collaborate with NG Airforce to protect the highways, and I will assign my undercover units, 4-6 each, on the highway so that they can keep an eye out for crimes and within the perimeter of NG. This way, they can inform other orgs too if NG is getting raided during their raid hours. This will boost the RP situation and the relations with other orgs as well.
3.3) To increase the RP in SAHP, one of the most important departments, Human Resources and Training (HR-T) and Highway Patrol Unit (HWP), should increase their activity, and I will make sure that these departments are on top. I have worked in HR and HWP, and these departments are really essential in helping the citizens and the newcomers, especially HR, which trains and does a lot of stuff for the organization, and HWP helps to protect the highways.
Departments within SAHP:
1.Special weapons and tactics (S.W.A.T):
The SAHP’s special forces , responding to Global and assisting other orgs in their special missions , sometimes lead some special missions too. This department is the key in having success in every event and helps to insure public safety and their are no casualty in any special missions .
2.Human resource and training (HR-T):
The backbone and the most important department which is Responsible for recruitment and training the units in SAHP.
3.Internal affairs (IA):
IA carry out important procedures such as: checking people for Health insurance / Gun licences, background checking along with searching them and their vehicles for prohibited items and ensuring that all the units are following orders and many more.
4.Highway Patrol Unit (HWP):
HWP units are the most important units within SAHP , they insure the safety of the citizens and protect the highways . In my term i will insure that their are 6-8 units within highway and are constantly responding to 911 call and are well trained . This department helps newcomers to learn all the traffic codes fast and is really important for safety of highway and citizens .
5.Public Relations (PR) :
Public relations is really important which interacts with the citizens and do events . This helps to make the bond of citizens and the legal orgs strong . this department is great for RP situations creating events and helping citizens . PR will allow us to show the lovely side of legal orgs.
6.IB (Undercover Division) :
This department helps to get intel on any major event that is going to take place and this will allow us to do many kind of events like drug bust , criminal bust etc.
