2. Why lead this organization? Present three reasons with explanations.

2.1 i want to become the leader of san andreas highway patrol because i start my journey in sahp as a senior trooper and my hard and spending months in sahp getting good knowledge and quicklye earn high command in the org . this is my favourite organsiation in legal/state side whenever i want to become a legal member 1st priority is sahp, So i want to complete my dream to lead my favourite organisation as a leader .

2.2 As i am ex leader of vagos gang ,from my leadership skill i learn alot of things like manage, leading events, handle hard situation and many more etc.., Its easy to me to handle the sahp as i know already how to handle the org with good activity and make a discpline without any toxicity in org. i believe that more units should go on patrol, as i see a lack of units going on patrol, as SAHP is the highway patrol everyone needs to be out patroling the streets at all times which i do not see present right now.

2.3 In all of my experiences I gained more knowledge and leadership experience to be able to lead an organization to success. Some of the leadership skills I have been able to focus on are open-mindedness, taking responsibility, and selflessness which are some of the main traits of being a leader.I have noticed that the sheriffs have primarily been focusing on org employee numbers. While this is not a bad thing. I think it's time to start shifting focus from gaining org employee numbers to focusing on the quality of the org employees themselves.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:

- We will always be always active in all events and do diffrent professional activities like (Ghetto patrolling, Checkpoint, Highwaypatrolling, SUBS, etc.)
- I will require at least 1 HC to be present even when making the department, in order to perform it in accordance with the rules. In this way, the risk of mistake will be reduced to zero and the rp will be completed in accordance with the rules.
- We will do everything professionally.
- Any rule break will lead to a kick, strikes, or blacklisted from the org.
- do promotion ceremony 1 in every 1 weak.
- good bonus system in the org.
- there will be a proper strike system in the org.
- Better connections with other organizations, such as training together, doing UC work with all orgs, etc.
- there will be proper departments in the org.
- there will be no favoritism for hc or deputy rank.
