Dear Support Team,
I am writing to appeal the 7-day ban I received recently regarding the incident involving the Suspension Level 3 item. I’d like to explain the situation fully and respectfully request that you review the case again.
Here’s what happened:
I found the Suspension Level 3 in a valuable crate and attempted to sell it at the beach market. Since there was no interest, I went AFK for some time, and the item remained in my inventory until 2:30 AM GMT.When I logged in the next morning at 11:00 AM, the item was missing. I reached out to the admins multiple times and was advised to create a forum post, which I did. I waited for a response but didn’t receive one for some time.Later, while completing a Battle Pass mission with my friend, I mistakenly assumed he had given me the Suspension Level 3 since he was near me and had sold one for 300k the previous day.I now realize the item may have been given to me by an admin, but as a new player and with this being my first forum post, I genuinely misunderstood the situation. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led to me passing the item to my friend, resulting in the ban.I fully acknowledge my mistake in handling this situation and recognize that I should have been more cautious. However, I also believe this ban was issued without proper cross-verification or communication. I repeatedly asked for admin support in-game and requested a direct conversation to clarify things, but I didn’t receive the assistance needed to resolve the issue effectively.
This experience has been frustrating, but I hope you can consider the following
False Ban: The ban seems to have been based solely on logs without a deeper investigation or direct conversation to understand my perspective.
Lack of Communication: As a new player, I would have appreciated guidance or clarification rather than immediate Ban Proofaction.
Commitment to Improvement: I’ve learned from this experience and will ensure I handle similar situations more responsibly in the future.
I kindly request you to review the circumstances and lift the ban, as I believe this was an honest mistake rather than a deliberate rule violation. Additionally, I suggest reminding admins of the importance of cross-verifying incidents and engaging in direct communication to avoid such misunderstandings.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my appeal. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably.
Sincerely,
Its Yourboituf
