No offtopic. you both guys violated the rules imo.
First: Thread owner is deceiving admin by giving his perspective not the entire situation and not scared of his life in front of 4/5 people. + there is no overlays as he was talking with his friends.
Second: Reported guys did RDM as they didn't give proper demand to leave the area (5 seconds is must)
Cons: Reported guys violated UB Demand + RDM || Thread owner violated Deceiving admin + FearRP + Under investigate as there is no overlays.
That's my opinion/knowledge. At last admin will decide so. Have fun Buddies.

This is what I see
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

It says issue demands and wait 5 seconds. It does not specifically say "Leave the area in 5 seconds" as the exact statement to be given.
I gave demand and waited 5 seconds exactly according to what the rule says.
