2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
➼ I want to become the General of National Guards {NG} because Personally its my 1st legal organization which I joined when I came in the city, and I love being in NG everytime as a Soldier and I assumed that NG have the most responsibility among the state they have to protect their citizens and their city also time to time they have to supply the ammunations stock to all the legal organizations and with all these they have to protect their base also that's why I love to work as a General in the National Guard and I faced many tough situations being in the NG So, I feel confident that I can be the General of NG and help our citizen and soldiers in any issue.
➼ If I became the general of NG, I will make sure that my every soldier will follow every rules and be in a proper behaviour with all the citizens and their colleagues, and also be in a proper uniform of an ARMY and I will make sure that every soldier will get proper training from the HR team.
➼ As a NG member I see many times lots of soldier dont wanna be on the gates but If I became the General of NG I will give them good bonuses and promotions for being on the gates. So our base will also become free of bandits.
➼ I want to become the General of NG to serve more good and great to our citizen, city, other state organization and my soldiers. Me and my Soldiers will be ready everytime for any kind of situation and we will try our 100% to protect our citizen from criminals and gangsters.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
◘ My advices for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:-
➼ First I will make sure that every department in the NG will have the best and experienced guy who can handle one department very good without any issue from this our soldiers will also know the discipline and our base will also get protected from the bandits.
➼ I will keep an eye to every department that they are working good or not and If I see inactivity from their side then I will remove the COS from its post and I will make a good guy who can handle the department without any inactivity.
➼ I will personally make sure that HR team will give proper training to our all the soldiers, So they can protect our base and our citizen very well.
➼ I will give good bonuses and promotions weekly to all my soldiers so they feel motivated all the time.
➼ I will focus that my every soldier will follow every rules and do the best RP they can.
➼ I will make sure that every soldier will be in a proper manner and behave professionally everytime.
➼ I will make a good bonus sysytem for our soldiers so they dont have to worry about money and they can do their duty without any problem.
MP ( MILITARY POLICE ) : They will make sure that NG is free of corruption and free of illegal items, they will search all the org vehicles trunk for any type of illegal items and they will also search our soldiers to ensure that they are not doing corruption.
BO ( BLACK OPS ) : They will give their best in our every special operations they will execute the plans and they will be everytime prepared to protect our base and citizens.
AF ( AIR FORCE ) : They will scout the base and make sure that bandits are not making any activities near the base.
