a. Experience and Knowledge: After working with the National Guard and gaining a Huge knowledge, I am now eager to apply that experience in a leadership role. I understand the challenges and opportunities within the organization and am prepared to guide it effectively.
b. Vision for Growth: After Working with the team, I have clear ideas on how to improve our operations and support. I am excited to lead efforts that will make us more effective and better support both our national defense and the communities we serve.
c. Focus on Quality: My time with the National Guard has strengthened my dedication to its core values and mission. I am driven to lead by setting a strong example and making sure we maintain top standards of service and preparedness.

• Good communication between divisions as only we as a whole can make NG function properly.
• 3 Phase training to all officers who join irrespective of their previous experience to ensure RP is properly followed
