1. Leader of National Guards
2. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) When I was new to the city From the start, I joined an organization and was curious how this organization worked, but with time, I came to know many rules and things that made my roleplay with this project better. When I first joined a legal organization, I was curious to know how they became leaders and what the process was. After time, I got to know, and it became one of my goals to do so, and now I think I am capable of doing or making this dream come true.
B) I want to be the leader of the National Guards because the things I have performed in the National Guards have given me so much love, and the units that were with me have given me trust to work with them more. My National Guard Journey has improved my ability to think critically, by which I can help my units in a situation where they need my expertise.
C) I was working close to SASD units, where my leadership quality got better. I made some mistakes and some good decisions, but at the end I learned many things in every situation, which will help me to make my term more enjoyable and active.
D) NG has lots of things to work with, like gate duties, handling events, ammo runs, and FZ. Raid and I participated in every situation and leaded, which gave me deep knowledge about how NG works. And how can I improve more things in NG.
E) In NG, coordination plays an important role, and making our army a focal point will help to take NG to the next level, which will be my priority to do so.
F) Last but not least, during my days in NG, I noticed some departments were lagging. To make it correct, I will put more experience units to handle situations, and I myself will take care of every department individually.
3. Your advice for improving roleplay levels in organizations.
1. I will implement proper guidance to newcomers as well as the old one to make roleplay even better in organizations, like they should follow proper RP commands, proper radio codes, and chains of commands, which will make it more professional and everyone can relate to it like a real army, which will make RP more realistic.
2. I will make sure that my units do proper RP when they are patching someone or arresting until they hand over to LSPD, SAHP, and FIB.
3. I will make sure my units coordinate with other organizations in events, doing more roleplay, which will make the situation more realistic.
4. Will make sure radio should be used for proper RP reasons within organization and wear proper uniform as per their rank.
5. We will collect their feedback every week on what they need in something that will be helpful and make them enjoy their term with me and their roleplay life.
4. Departments of NG:
1. Human Resources and Training
2. Public Relations
3. Air Force
4. Military Police-Internal Affairs
5. Security Assistance Support Directorate
