Leader of National Guard

Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  1. My extensive knowledge in the city's organization qualify me for the post of becoming the Leader Of National Guard. Having experience as a High Command in NG as well as other LEO orgs give me a good understanding on how to run an organization as well as how to control it, as a leader i aim to make NG better than before and keep its name on top. My experiences in the city include being the DHOD in LSPD, 1st lieutenant in SAHP and brigadier in NG. I believe i am fit for this post as i am confident in my skills and what i can bring to the organization as the leader. Noting feedback and problems identified and observed from previous terms, i aim to fix those and make sure I can execute smooth terms as a leader of NG.

  1. I personally believe in growing alongside with learning, as aiming to be a leader i wish to learn from my subordinates and my fellow soldiers more about their experience and satisfaction levels in the organization as their opinions matter a lot while running a term, i aim to incorporate all satisfactory levels and motivational standards in the organization to ensure its smooth functions with a hassle free experience to everyone involved in NG. I would like to portray my vision and mission for potential Leadership in NG to show my dedication and hard work that i have put not just for NG but for every org i have been part of.

  1. Being a leader means devoting time and responsibilities to the organization and to the soldiers in need to solve conflicts and internal disruptions that occur on daily basis, with my skillset and dedication i come with i believe i will be a good candidate for the post of national guard's General. I aim to teach my soldiers the way into NG so that they are well aware on how to handle different types of situations without it resulting to consequences, i aim to make sure our soldiers at NG are well aware of all internal and external regulations at NG to be great at the work we do and deliver ensuring efficiency with effectiveness.

  2. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

In my personal opinion i believe the most important Roleplay aspect in an LEO organization are the usage of radio channels and when and what to say in those channels. I would advice thorough learning of radio codes and to teach what must be writing in the non rp sections and rp section of the radio channel to avoid mixing, especially in RP situations, i believe its crucial for people to know the importance of radio codes along with the right usage of the same.

Apart from learning the radio codes and channels, there are many things to consider to improve roleplay such as the right methods of training given to our new recruits who join NG for the first time and are unaware of the rp situations to be conducted withing the organization, and instead of using the on the job training approach i would advice human resources or our field training officers to teach the right methods and teach everything internal and external needed to know for the smoothest execution as a soldier of the National Guard.

Attending events and doing candy runs for our other fellow LEO's is also crucial for roleplay as they deliver first hand experience into roleplay situations and scenarios, i aim to make units that are fit to attend events by forming a strategic SASD unit with soldiers that have the required experience to execute the tasks or mission presented to them.
