    Why do you want to be a leader of National Guard


    2.1 Staying Committed: I’m determined to complete my term without any issues, such as warnings or verbal reprimands.
    2.2 Experience in the Organization: I have served as a 2x NG Brigadier General, FIB Federal Agent, SAHP Chief of Staff, LSPD Head of Department, and Government, Chef Minister. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the rules, structure, and workings within the organization. I’ve learned what it takes to contribute to and help an organization move forward, and I’m ready to apply this experience to make the National Guard more active and responsive.

    2.3 Training & Development: I want to help new people learn the rules of the city and develop their skills and confidence. My goal is to build a stronger organization, ensure everyone is treated with respect, and make sure that higher ranks are teaching newcomers the basics of law enforcement in a supportive way.

    3.Advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
    • Keep HRs Active: Make sure HR reps are active 24/7 so they can constantly recruit new members and provide necessary training.
    • Timely Bonuses: Increase the bonuses given out each week and make sure they’re distributed on time.
    • Routine Checks: Regularly review the armory, logs, and curator tasks to keep everything in check.
    • Event Coverage: Always have at least five units in each event to ensure the organization is fully covered.
    • Gate Security: There should be a minimum of four units stationed at the gate at all times for proper security.
    • Good Relations with Other Organizations: I’d make it a priority to build strong relationships with other organizations to encourage collaboration and teamwork.

      Departments:

    • Human Resources: Handle interviews, training, logs, and bonus distribution.
    • Military Police: Keep track of logs and activity, check body cams, perform weekly BCG audits, and root out any corruption.
    • Special Task Force: Take part in operations like Fort Zancudo raids, gun store robberies, ghetto runs, and black market operations, ensuring full attendance for all events.
    • Airforce: Provide air support to protect the National Guard, help with unit transport during events, monitor gang activity around the NG base, and provide backup during ammo runs.
