This situation starts from 18:17 where he start killing his own org units after that he run away. after sometime he come on duty and start cuffing everyone at 18:20. I request you please ask him to show the bodycam of that time..

wow, you have submitted the edited short POV to mislead Admin to give punishment to the honest Officer, Nice. Besides, you didn't use your personal car for escape, you used org vehicle to escape, then why should you have a hope for demand to pull over? Its not the starting point of your doing corruption.
