2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1 - I have been playing this game for over 2 years now and I have spent multiple terms in SAHP and other LEO organizations as a HC. As being HC in LEO organizations for over 2 years so now I wanna gain new experience as Leader of SAHP. Since I have been playing this game for long time and I thought it was gonna be challenging for me to become Leader And I really wanna make SAHP to a better organization.
Reason 2 - I want to be leader of SAHP because I have seen SAHP is struggling with every things like lack of number in events, no active unit at night time and etc, I believe I can make that a lot better by doing lots of recruitments as much as we can and make a bonus system for night shift officers. I really wanna help SAHP with that and I wanna see SAHP is really active organization again.
Reason 3 - Also SAHP is my first ever LEO organization so I really wanna help SAHP to get better and i will try my best for that. My goal is to see SAHP become active and have successful terms.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
1. I will be choosing the right Heads of Departments for my organization. I have seen so many leaders fail to choose the rights (HODS) and they fail to manage SAHP for a long time. I will make sure that every HOD department is doing their job really well, especially HRT and IA.
2. I will make sure HRT is doing their jobs and first week we will do mass recruitments as much as we can and I will make sure that my HRT is giving our trainee training properly and take care of SAHP.
3. Since HRT is the most importance department in a organization I will make sure HRT department is doing the rights things and giving training properly so our officer wont make any mistake and I will make sure every one of my officers have full knowledge of events rules, general rules and etc.
