I am working with LifeInvader since almost a year. I tried to get huge experience as much as possible. I found very friendly environment. There's no other Organization I felt confident to go for a leadership. Leadership means almost the maximum Experienced role of any organization. To achieve this I would like to be the leader. I believe I would make it the best in lifeinvader's history.
I would like to make some changes into departments. If I get the leadership there will be no departments called HR. I feel we dont have any proper usage of this department as every high-command is allowed to recruit employee's while application is opened. So there's no point to keep it. I prefer this kind of ranking system as it was before in LifeInvader: (only if curators allow me to make changes into ranking system)

Inspiration from previous ceo has made up my mind to take control as a Leader. And I was a Leader of unofficial Organization and made it top 25 from nothing with the unity. I am a dedicated person with a hardworking mindset. It's my dream to be a leader of this organization. Will create more supportive and united environment here. Being a leader is obviously not easy I may face many challenges but I believe with unity we will always be ready to face any obstacles and solve all problems easily. Unity is everything we have to remember we are a team.
Friendly Environment: First of all we will be needing a friendly environment where there should be no favoritism. Everyone will be treated equally and friendly. By good behavior and communication skills, we may able to create a friendly environment. To make this more easier we must learn the concept constructive criticism.
News: To make quality news. We have to make sure quality of news and articles regarding any situation is better then ever. We have to inspire employee's and increase the number of News.
Events: Events are a more important side of this organization. Improving the quantity and quality of events will improve our connections between our colleagues and the citizens. To ignore our stress and depression we must improve this site. Surely, it will improve our RolePlay experience as we are engaging with different situations and people. This will also help people getting more interest joining LifeInvader!!
Promotion and Bonuses: Well promotions are important for rewarding the best contributors it will obviously inspire them to make more effort. And bonuses will increase their interest. Depending on the contribution we gonna issue promotion/bonuses and the most hard worker gets announced as a best employee of the week. We will be celebrating the promotion ceremony which will increase morality between us.
