2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

🚀 I want to become the CEO of LifeInvader because I believe the experience that I got in this beautiful RP server by playing more than 1 year through participating in various situations, joining various organizations and performing High Command duties, it will allow me to take the company to new heights. I am passionate and familiar to LifeInvader about its working operations, potential and core values. I have been providing my best to LifeInvader for more than 9 months, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Department (DHOD) of Ads. I will ensure that the LifeInvader serves as the backbone of the media, ads and engaging with the citizens.

🚀LifeInvader plays a key role in the city’s functioning particularly in the terms of media advertisments, news and events. I would love to lead this dynamic organisation with a dedicated team of well experienced HOD, DHOD, High Commands and the company staff that will lead the company to reach high sky, making sure LifeInvader provides the top quality news articles and videos also engaging with the public through impactful internal and external events, also proving the best services either by publishing accurate ads and making sure the board doesn't overflows or in tickets.

🚀I predict LifeInvader would be influential, innovative and very active under my term, also the departments within LifeInvader would be led by well experienced and dedicated HOD and DHOD. While I being the CEO, I will be focusing on the core values of LifeInvader that are customer service by providing timely service to all the clients, creativity in media and events, community engagement through news and events, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

🌟Focusing on Strong Department Leadership- Ensuring all the HOD and DHOD are well experienced and knowledgeable about their respective departments especially for the events department because it's essential that HODs and deputies work together to handle the load, as events can be challenging to organise without support. Additionally, regular broadcast to promote events so that everyone is well informed in the city.


🌟Building a Supportive and Reliable Team- Having a strong and well organised team is crucial to manage the organisations daily tasks and operations. I will be surrounded by well experienced and capable deputies with HOD who can take responsibilities and relieve some pressure, which will allow me to focus and take actions on other bigger decisions.


🌟Training and Development- I will be implementing a well organised and training program for the trainees and new employees so that they can handle task like ads exam and editing, also making sure that the training resources are easily accessible to them so that they can learn quickly and effectively.


🌟Avoiding Favouritism and Maintain Fairness- I will be cautious while assigning ranks. Those employees who deserve High Commands or other ranks will be receiving the promotion and will be avoiding giving ranks solely based on personal relationships. Trust and experience of the employee in that dept will be primary factors in promotion to ensure fairness and meritocracy.

🌟Hold Regular Meetings with High Command and Staff- Holding meetings with staff members and High Commands is crucial for the smooth working of the organisation. The primary main function of the meeting would be to address any complaints from the staff, gathering valuable feedback, and discussing improvement opportunities. This will ensure all staff members are feel heard and satisfied also allowing us to work as a family which will result in the growth and success of LifeInvader.


🌟Hosting Regular Events to Engage the Community- Events will be organised on a regular basis to maintain the interest and people engaged. The events can range from organising small events to serious competitions and also the Talent show, the information about the event will be announced in advanced through broadcasts to ensure maximum people participation.


🌟Focusing on Video News and Articles- Under my term I will b focusing on producing quality video news and articles. They will not only highlight the latest events that happened but will also keep citizens of Lo Santos well aware of the latest happening. Regular news articles and videos will increase the LifeInvader soft power, reputation and the role-play experience.

🌟Changing the Ranking System- I will reconstruct the new ranking system for the better working of the LifeInvader.
