The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
In the middle of the night, a cargo plane transporting tons of cocaine into the hands of the feared La Noche Negra cartel crashed into Raton Canyon after a malfunction left the pilot unconscious. Every gang in Los Santos was aware of this and took direct initiative.
Acknowledging the situation, the LSPD and other Leo launched a massive operation, sending out SWAT teams and tactical units to secure the site. The fights were intense, as gangs refused to back down, turning that canyon into a war zone of chaos with flying bullets all over the place.
Why this event: The massive operation for LSPD will have a great impact on the city and people will have more trust

LEO will kill Gangs and Gangs will kill LEO
