2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been deputy in SAHP for 3 times and did great job in the organization with a skilled team under 3 diffrent leaders. I believe its my time to lead SAHP once again as a leader with a great team that can keep SAHP running.
2. I see legal orgs struggling with numbers at night time, I believe I can find a solution for that such as a new bonus system and mass recruitments on late night for players to see that SAHP is recruiting new troopers. SAHP will be able to maintain their activity even at night times. I want to see SAHP active once again.
3. I want to make changes in training system for new troopers and teach them how to properly arrest, tow and participate in events without any troubles. SAHP is also a way for people that wants to join FIB and as SAHP one of our duty is to train our troopers properly and make sure that they are not facing with any troubles before they get promoted from trainee. I want every trainee to get properly trained so there will be less issues in state side from SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will make sure that HR is training every trainee properly and taking care of their training to the every single point. No one will get promoted to trooper position without completing their training properly. HR team will be conducting mass trainings during day and night time for trainees.
2. I will make sure that HOD SWAT is conducting combat trainings with other orgs to improve our shooting and strategic abilities. SWAT department will be leading all events and hunting cannabis, wanted criminals within jurisdiction of SAHP and also outside the jurisdiction of SAHP if other orgs need our help.
3. I will make sure that our PR team is conducting fun and exciting events. PR will have unique ideas and will be conducting events in different locations and different ideas. PR will be giving interviews with LI to improve the RP and will try to complete the event requirement of SAHP.
My goals for the organization:
- Having good activity in all times
- Make sure that our troopers are having a fun time and not doing org activity just for money
- Have good relations with all organizations
- Have good shooters to make sure that we are able to respond and win any situation that we are attending
