1- I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
2- Why I want to Be the leader of LSPD:-
1. Active Leadership And Org: If I become the leader of the LSPD I will Make Sure That My Org including me specially is Active, Because in the Past i have been in many different orgs and their main problem has always been activity and specially the inavailability of Leader, I will Make sure that this mistake is not occured during my Term, And I think personally that if the organization's activity is visible to citizens then they are more willing to join that specific ORG.Another Thing That i Will make sure is Consistent Patroling around the city all the time, This will not only boost the confidence of citizens to join LSPD but also it will be very helpfull in Sweeping out the Crime itself from City And when i am saying this, i am actually having Multiple plans realated to increasing the activity in the form of consistent Patrolling, i plan to make Diiferent Units with their speciall Tasks That will be rewarding for them at last.
2. Ranks And Promotions: Regarding the Thing Ranks in any organization, I feel that there is a very Big Mistake Bieng Commited everywhere And it is that in every ORG you will always find a Very Huge Number Of HighCommands and Sometimes even higher than Normal members And According to me it is something which destroyes the Reputation of HighCommand ranks and their Value, Everyone Achieves those ranks Very Easily And Noone Works hard for them, If i became leader i plan to Make Some Changes in system related to ranks, I will personally be handling the HR department along with other Duties Because I dont Want Everyone to be a High Ranked Officer in During My Term, High Ranks Will only Be Issued to Deserving Ones, And this Will Truly Passionate people to Work Hard for Reward!
This Will Give us Many Benifits like, Like A Greater Value and Respect for HighCommands, Better Management By Deserving HCs And alot More.
Now keep this in mind that By saying all of this it does not mean that there will be no value for low ranked officers, Infact There Will Be And They will be more precious To us than anyone else, I will make sure that no one during my Term Feel's that we are not treeting them Well, And that is why i want to Put Effort into Making Everything Organised.
3. Maintaining Public Relations: Now that i have mentioned my Thinking About the Organization's Internal manners, I will also like to mention another very important aspect of LSPD which is A healthy Relation With Citizens, Most of the Leaders Dont Focus on the PR Department, And I plan to do the Exact opposite of it If i become the leader than One of the initiall Task that i will be doing is gonna be Forming the PR Team with Experienced Members in it, I will make sure that the PR team Makes a document within the 1st 3 Days of Getting Formed, in that document there will be a Complete Plan of the Whole Term with All Details so that we can stay organized, according to me the PR Department is one of the most Helpfull department for any ORG including LSPD, Because having an active relation with public will make our respect in the eyes of citizens, And i think that A PR department can do Much more than just orgainzing an Event, There will be Consistent StateWaves!
My Overall Point is That If we can somehow show the Public That how Active we are, We will then achieve any thing we want because our purpose will be to protect Citizens, We also Make sure that there are no False Arrests Bieng made by us.
In the End I will just like to say that it has been a dream for me to Get leadership of LSPD, Because i think that i have the potential to be one all i need is a chance!
3- My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:-
First of all I will like to mention that in order to increase RP we will definately need to increase our Activity and One we Achieve that we Can Do the Following for taking the RP to a Next level:
1- I will Make Sure that all my Officers Get A Complete Training about RP scenareos, Like A Robbery or Arrest situation, They will get trained to Imply the RP there instead of Ruining it.
2- I will Try to pay the Realistic Bonuses, It will be Very Easy To get a Good Reward in exchange of a Good Activity! And to achieve this I will be making A strong relationship with the Government To get Funds.I will Make sure to Complete all Given Tasks For a better amount of funds.
3- One Very important thing that has been forgotten is that Setting Radars, Its Such a Good way of Making Rp Situations, As mentioned above there will be seprate units For Setting The Radars at Multiple Locations in City.It will Show the Citizens that how active we are!
4- We will organise Many Different Events For Citizens.
5- I will also Focus on the UC department of LSPD So that we Can Help in Making Case Files For Raids, Which is also a very good way to Create RP situation.
Not Stopping here i have a lot more Ideas and Ways to improve LSPD, The City and the RP among all.
