I would like to clarify a situation regarding House No. 1744. Mukul (Player ID: 407941) transferred the possession of the house to me so that he could complete the BP task of renting the house. At that time, there were no houses available for rent, and this seemed like a practical solution.
It’s important to note that the state value of the house (House No. 1744) is $105,000, and Mukul sold it to me for $60,000, which is more than 50% of its state value.
We thought, this was a fair transaction. However, we were unaware that this action was against the rules. Please be assured that this was not done with any ill intent, and we deeply regret the mistake. We have always been dedicated members of the server, consistently working hard and staying active for over five hours daily.
We kindly request you to unban our account, as we value our time and contribution to the server. This will not happen again in the future, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
