As can be seen at timestamp 0:35, ID 124912 can be clearly seen with an illegal hand tattoo and ID 114352 did not take any actions regarding that, violating GR 6.4 by supporting illegal things. At timestamp 0:46 ID 114352 states " we will wait till 40 " which at that time was 2 minutes waiting time, upon asking him how much time left he replied accurately without having any watch on the hand, even if it was blackmagic (which we don't know if it was) he should have fixed it by rewearing watch beforehand, hence in this situation without opening mobile or having a watch on hand the individual looked at the time on his screen and used that OOC information for IC benefit evidently.
