At one time, Kazuto had been a sincere agent working with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), and he had dedicatedly worked for many years. Fate, however, turned against him when it brought him together with a once-best friend who had sold his soul as an agent.
It is often said that influence can be mighty. They collaborated in this by indulging in corrupt activities fueled by avarice and lured by easy cash. Their fortune also grew as they delved deeper into illegitimate businesses. This dream became a reality; they acquired luxury cars, expensive houses, and a lifestyle they had only imagined before.
However, amid all the indulgence, guilt ate away at Kazuto’s conscience. He remained torn between his conscience, which emphasized that friendships come first, and his role in maintaining law and order. They had chosen a perilous path; the implications of their choices threatened to haunt them in the future.
