2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1. The National Guard holds the base at Fort Zancudo. National Guard controls and patrols at Fort Zancudo. Also Fort Zancudo takes main priority all of the time. In this zone, National Guard has right to stop and detain any citizens for identification. The National Guard is the organization which supplies military support to the other organizations. I would like to say that when I'm wearing the uniform of National Guard, it makes me better to feel like a soldier who eager to protect his country with his honor. I will make sure in my term, everybody feels that feeling. I will try to choose people who is knowledgeable, know how to act and keep professionalism in every situation.
2.2. When I wanted to join the State organization for the first time, I considered all options. I had two options left: either I would be a part of the National guard, or I thought I would go to LSPD and gain experience as an officer, and then join the National Guard and make the National Guard even better. I believed that this choice would be better for me. Then I moved to LSPD. Unfortunately, after that Andy Kors's term disbanded. I moved to SAHP to gather much more experience over there and I held HOD of SWAT 3 times. Spending 3 terms in there, I finally moved to the FIB and covered much more things over there. Then, I decided to move back to SAHP to have a great journey with all friends as US Marshall. When the term ended, I went back to FIB and spend more time over there as Supervisor of Spec Ops. After that I moved to National Guard as Lieutenant General (Deputy Leader of NG) as 2 times for leading events very well and in my opinion, I will have good High Commands to lead events as well. Currently, I was in NG as Major General of All. National Guard creates a different feeling in my heart whenever I hear its name. I feel like a real soldier in the National Guard. While I was a High Command in these terms, I led too many events and being negotiator in hostage situations. I believed that I gathered enough to be a General of National Guard.
2.3. While being part of State Organizations, I saw multiple people who are doing favouritism, corruption and unprofessionalism which is like using their taser for having fun, punching each other for no reason. I'll make sure to have solutions for these problems such as making Military Police department much more better position. I will make National Guard better again with my knowledge!
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3. I will make sure to make Human Resources(HR) in better place. For example, having people who speak fluently in English and helps trainees to complete their training. Also, help all new comers who would like to join Nation Guard with their hearts. I will secure that SASD will conduct multiple trainings with other organizations and conduct hoodwatch with knowledgeable special officers. Public Relations(PR) will ensure to make adventurous and funny events that everyone will enjoy and have fun each other. Military Police(MP) insure to keep National Guard immeasurably more create an organization separated from favoritism. They are eager to prevent any bad action from taking place in this organization and to make the best organization possible. Air Force(AF) will conduct missions to give us more information about what exactly happens outside of our base. I will make sure that they will watch over to highway with helicopters to give more information over the radio and try their best to protect our base and SAHP troopers from any kind of highway robberies. I will make sure everyone will attends to every events with maximum numbers and make RolePlay much more better place.
