2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become the General of National Guards {NG} because Personally its my 1st legal organization which I joined when I came in the city, and I love being in NG everytime as a Soldier and I assumed that NG have the most responsibility among the state they have to protect their citizens and their city also time to time they have to supply the ammunations stock to all the legal organizations and with all these they have to protect their base also that's why I love to work as a General in the National Guard and I faced many tough situations being in the NG So, I feel confident that I can be the General of NG and help our citizen and soldiers in any issue.

2.2 For having a good Orgnaization that better more than any term or any other org to have a good and smart strategies to can prevent any crimes and to force everyone to not commit any crime because they know that they will get fast and harsh response with the Prepared Army that prevent all the Crimes at San Andreas and this army trained on hard situations and got knowledge that can deal with any situation whatever how its complicated

2.3 Strategic vision and innovation: As the head of the National Guards, I get to envision the future of the organization and lead it to growth. I will foster fresh ideas and approaches to make the National Guard the premier force of the local community and bring in new recruits who have the same vision as myself.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- First I will make sure that every department in the NG will have the best and experienced guy who can handle one department very good without any issue from this our soldiers will also know the discipline and our base will also get protected from the bandits.

- Weekly Joint training session of all departments.


- Good communication between divisions as only we as a whole can make NG function properly.

- I will Make a Bonus System so that Most of the Units are Active in city and Respond to the Situations
