I will give a task in every department and make some changes in the Human Resource Department. I will have 2 types of department in human Resource department. One of human Resource department will only do the hiring and will take interviews and roles and another human Resource department will give training and will make Log etc. and I have more ideas, I will tell you about the interview properly.
i will try my best to be more active and see everything is going good and attending every event and i dont get any kind of warning i will give HC to good experience guys who know everything and my deputies will be more active to handle the org in my term i dont want any toxicity and anything employees works close to each other the more they get to know each other the more they work together the more they learn and learn and learn to live with each other's likes dislikes strengths and weaknesses when they work together for a long time the team naturally becomes more collaborative and this leads to a more enjoyable work environment for everyone as i could have noticed in the previous terms team didn't really work around one think And I will try my best to reduce crime in my city
It has been my dream since long to become a leader and before i applied for SAHP but someone else got it and today I am applying for LSPD just give me one chance to appear in the interview . I want to create an environment in which everyone is valued and respected, and where every trooper knows that their opinion is important. We can create a positive and supportive environment by encouraging open discussion and making helpful suggestions
