Rejected Unban Appeal for GR1.7 | King Specter

First of alI hope you are all having a good day.

I got banned for GR 1.7(House 1148). Yesterday, i asked my friend to help me for my Battlepass task. I bought the house from my friend for value marketing price(170.000$). After i want to sell it back, my friend needs to do something in IRL, and i couldnt have sold it back to him after of couple hours my another friend came to the city and i sold that house for 200.000$ to him to sell it back to my friend for same price(200.000$). We did the transaction after we didnt even think about any profit from at all and we didnt get any profit at all. I saw your Thread answer that it is forbidden to buy +20M and above houses/cars/bussines/items from 300.000$. But we all know that the house we made the transaction is not even worth 10M. I just want to get unbanned and play in this project again with my friend.

The house is worth 12M-18M I already had 3 at the same location before, However. it doesn't matter.
You must sell the house for MARKET price not STATE price. Selling a house for 150k is not acceptable and against the rules.

Hello king,

At the beginning i though value market price is own of that house prices thats why we sell that house for 170k not 150k. Also nobody makes any profit from these trades, he gave me that house for that price and he got it back for same price, nobody gets anything any kind of profits. we did it because we though selling the house for state price was allowed.
