Born to a small town in the middle of nowhere out in Texas. He grew up along side his sister Eliza.
His dad was a small time surveyor and one day while working on a barren piece of land he had acquired a few years back,
when he was thirteen, his father discovered a massive oil reservoir. Overnight the lives of the family took a dramatic turn.
From a small town slow life, to blowing millions on fancy cars, boats, homes, you name it.
Next thing he knew, lots of new people were hanging around his family. Not the kind of people you would like hanging around your family.
His father had gotten into debt and the Russian Mafia was not happy with him.
The first meeting they only took a finger. The Second they took his ear and another finger. He never found out what happened at the third.
One night late during a party that his parents were throwing, His sister met a strange man who seemed concerned about her safety.
The man turned out to be a USSS Commander. So one night after hearing the situation, both Jim and Eliza were taken away in the night by the agent to help them start a new life.

After being rescued Jim had a desire to learn more about the job of his savior. He joined the US Military at the age of 18 and climbed the ranks for 2 years.
He was scouted by the CIA as a covert operator, after another 3 years of service. He decided to purse his true calling in the United States Secret Service.
Joining the ranks and following in the footsteps of the man who gave him a second chance.
He wanted to climb the ranks to find out the name of the classified man who helped him that day.
Working harder then anyone, he climbed the ranks and slowly but surely he was getting to his goal.
When he finally reached the classification rank to see his saviors file, He stopped dead.
The person who gave him a second chance was now dead at the hands of an assassin.
That very same assassin was then kidnapped and tortured as an initiation into a secret organized crime ring by none other then his own sister Eliza.
Jim had not spoken to Eliza in many years but they reconnected and started making plans.
Jim climbed the ranks even higher and became the Chief of Staff of the entire USSS.
He now wanted to use his position to help his sister, her organization, and himself as they were the only ones do to right by the man who gave them another chance.
Outcomes:
1- Jim can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2- Jim can destroy devices such as body cams and radios and can find hidden ones with (/try command 2 times per situation)
3- Jim can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee(FIB, EMS, GOV, LSPD, SAHP).
4- Jim can break any state laws while on or off duty and use his position in the org for his advantage.
5- Jim can do whatever he wants to help his family and close friends. (Release them from cuffs/drop charges/help them escape)
6- Jim can leak confidential information to criminals in exchange for money or favors.
