Recently a warn was given by Hassy by reviewing the forum of a guy named ashis pluxury. But as you can see in the pov https://youtu.be/rjQub8ZB5Bw?si=M3A9IvuoxCwzokIF the situation was started in the ghetto and they were being chased by gang car. But you can see these two people runs outside the ghetto also there were getting shots in ghetto so it's simply a rule breaks- leaving rp situation. So it's a simply rule that if someone is being chased in Ghetto he can not leave the ghetto or else it will be avoiding rp situation and ofc we can kill them in that situation because we were going through rp.

Also, You cannot take hostage inside city gang members clearly demanded to sit inside car which is considered as Kidnapping/Taking Hostage​
