Life Story:
Rocky Royals is a guy who was born in Los santos, his parents were from India so he has an Indian accent, From a very young age he was found with anger issues, His childhood wasn't that much smooth he was a street hustler. He became childhood friend with Mickey Uchiha, Alan Degrey, Jhonny Bolo,Donil Bhagat. When his child hood friend grew up they join state organization and they wanted to start their own era in the state side, Where as Rocky told them that he will also come with them but after sometime.
After that Rocky joined a gang named Ballas Also Known As Purple gang. When he was in the gang he became friends with a guy called Ram Pluxury, Hew was the Leader of that gang. Rocky learned many things from that guy Rocky went to robberies hostage situation and event done big things like he raided the military at their own base, after some hard work and with the help of Ram, Rocky got all lot of information about all gangs, He got to know about Ballas AKA Purple gang (his own gang), he got know about Bloods (red gang), Marabunta (blue gang), Vagos (Yellow gang), Families (Green gang). With this much knowledge Rocky decided to leave the gang.
After that Rocky went to his childhood friends again, he got to know that Mickey Uchiha became the Sheriff organization of SAHP. Mickey offered him Undersheriff of Rocky accepted the offer with happiness and respect and joined SAHP, His carrier as a Law & Enforcement Officer started he was Undersheriff and org was running smoothly because of him
After that Rocky's carrier as a senior staff started as Mickey gave him various responsibilities, while Mickey was creating his era Rocky was also one of the main character of Mickey's era. Rocky was very active as Undersheriff everyone liked him but because of his anger issues and past he was very familiar with all the gang and he could recognize them by their name.
Outcomes:
1- Rocky can easily drive cars (except supercars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2- Rocky can carry a ballistic waterproof hidden bodycam/camera in his belt 24/7 for his safety.
3- Rocky can offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100k.
4- Rocky can offer to provide information to Illegal organisation and legal organisation about each other for bribes
5- Rocky can Fly a Heli in very Professional manner, can land Heli in congested areas because of Pilot Experience
6- Rocky can pickup any weapon from the ground and use that for his own defense. (Not in active gunfight)
7- Rocky can recognize anyone by their clothes and voice (without breaking MG by looking at their ID).
