2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
It's Been 4-6 months I have Started to Play Grand Role Play I love Grand Role Play and always try to play more as I can, As I want to be a good leader I want give my best
to SAHP because I have the most experience in This organization and also I don't got good rank In Sahp so I joined LSPD as i got curator of HR also in another Term I got SWAT also. I want to protect city from criminals for a month, and also I realized that I will be good because It was my most experienced organization.
I chose SAHP Because as I got the most experience in SAHP as I was In Sahp for three terms two is of Azouz Wanted And one is of Juli Parker Term I got Alot experience
these Three Terms, I believe in myself that I should Be The leader of Sahp as I got alot of experience in it and will be Good for It.
As a Sheriff I will be responsible for:
1- Attend The Event Daily And take an action for city protection
2- I will handle the Organizational IC and OOC problems
3- I will not take a Leave of absence as a leader
4- I will Stand for Right and will be against Wrong
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1- I want to describe the departments I will be taken in my Term.
-Human Resources- HR is crucial from the first day to the last. No one can be hired without HR's approval, regardless of rank. HR will handle interviews, experience checks, onboarding, log creation, and training. They will ensure employee well-being and oversee promotions based on performance and dedication.
-Internal Affairs- The Internal Affairs. Internal Affairs will conduct background checks, log and activity audits twice a week, and ensure all licenses and health insurances are up to date. They will also perform trunk inspections and bodycam checks to prevent illegal activities and corruption, maintaining the organization’s reputation.
-SWAT- The Special Weapons and Tactics , They will handle all high-stakes operations, develop strategic interventions, and strive to maintain a safe, law-abiding state. Their responsibilities include targeting illegal cannabis plantations, enforcing substance regulations, and dismantling criminal networks. S.W.A.T. officers have access to specialised vehicles, advanced equipment, and protective gear designed for intensive operations.
-Public Relations: Citizen support is essential. The PR department will organize promotional events, run crime awareness campaigns, and work with Life Invader media to enhance SAHP’s public image.
-Highway Patrol- HWP will keep highways safe through constant patrolling, issuing fines, towing improperly parked vehicles, supporting SRT, and selling insurance. They will ensure safety and adherence to traffic rules.
2- I wanted to give bonuses at the Scripted and the unscripted events
