Neji u can clearly see a lot of rule breaks in this pov

at 00:18- U can see Fail RP (He cuffed and uncuffed him and after that he turns on his bodycam and Secondly he didnt even connected his pda to his org database..So in short he did fail rp as he was not in duty properly

at 1:28- he did fail rp again..(He did not verbally spoke that he is searching the guy)

at 13:12 - You can see Bug Abuse/.. (His car's engine was blocked but still he was moving his car and didnt stopped his car until I pit his car to stop him...SO that's bug abuse)

Dear Roronoa Weedie,

I think you may be confused, I have read the legislation of the RP city and it clearly states that employees may not record shifts of them selling gun licenses, they should only record key point such as a detention or arrest. Here is the Code for you 1.5.3 of the evidence code(1.5.3 State Employees are not required to have a Recording of any ordinary duties or performance of public services (eg: Selling of Gun Licences or Vehicle Insurance) but must be ready to start Recording in the event of a Major Incident or any escalation of a situation) . So no that is not fail rp because I had came on duty 20 minutes ago that too to attend a situation, hence I needed a valid bodycam proof of the detention so I turned on my bodycam, and me not connecting PDA to org is totally not relevant here because I did not open my PDA Once.. About 1:28, Any command that comes written in the Left Eye is IC and may not be verbally spoken, that is done just as a precaution.

About the Cruise control being turned on even after being engine blocked, I told my units our engine has been shut down and Started pressing my space bar and my s key, which after doing did not stop my car. The cruise control only turned off after you hit me, So I do not see how I am at Fault for something which was never under my control in the first place.

Also here is the definition of RDM for you since you seem to not know what it is:
RDM is an acronym for random death match. It means causing damage to other players for no reason. According to the rules, gamers aren’t allowed to kill or maim each other just like that. Each user must play his role and not go beyond it.

You came out of your car, did not give any demands and shot me, my units and the 10-15 without any proper RP reason, so technically that is Fail RP by you and your friend as well.

I do not wish to communicate with you about this issue any further, I would let the administrator make his decision after reviewing the POV.

OK u were selling gun licenses but how you can cuff and uncuff someone if ur pov is not on.
Secondly u also did fail RP while seraching..Didnt gave any demand or anything just started searching.So thats a fail RP

How the fuck u can say that u tried to stop ur car...Your car kept running for more than 10 seconds and I havent saw anything that u tried and u overtake us while ur car engine was blocked and kept moving towards DOC
