point 2 - NPC is not any abusing word
point 3 - Mercy killing called when you finish someone to avoid RP situation. So its not any mercy killing
point 4 - you are not doing any gun fight so he can kill you with the punching also
point 5 - go and learn the rule how can anyone take you a hostage in Fam raid

They are pointing 5 guns on you and giving the demands to run for your life but you are not running so i think you don't have the fear of life?
