Yesterday I uploaded a forum on a person, but I was surprised, or maybe yesterday I was banned because of an investigation, but today I was verified and deleted, then I uploaded it on another forum on that person, but I was surprised that the administrator did not accept it because the permitted period of ban had passed

Regarding new forum made it will not be checked as 48 hours were passed
Old forum can be reopened but the proof you provided there is no more visible so it also cannot be checked​
