2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.
I would like to apply for this position of 'Sherif' as I have been serving as a Leo from a long time, SAHP is one of my favorite organizations in city as there are some of my memories with this org, As told multiple times before my journey of being a Leo was started from SAHP and it was my very first organization so spending time as a Leo gave me inspiration and experience to lead and organization.
Secondly I have been noticing from a long time that many agents doesn't gets proper trainings for becoming a perfect Leo and this results in making big mistakes which leads to get them banned from the server as I have my background from Human Resources so I'm gonna try my best to resolve this issue under my leadership.
Lastly I'll make sure to have best Highcommands in my organization which will help me and all officers to lead this organization, although I'll try to overcome one more big issue which makes people demotivated which is Favoritism. Under my leadership everyone will get their deserved respect and ranks according to their experience.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I'll set daily goals for all departments and officers and will offer them with huge bonuses which will motivate them and will make org active.
2. Good quality training will be provided for improvement in quality of Rp.
3. Any type of favoritism will not be done under me as it demotivates people.
4. Will do weekly promotion ceremonies to engage people in the organization.
