2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) Firstly I want to help and serve the citizens in every possible way I can. I think every citizen of the city is important and very important. So they needs to be taken care by our officer and they should always feel safe on the highway. They should dont have any hesitation while moving on highway. I want the highway to be clean from crimes and I will tell my officer to patrol on highway as much as possible just to help the citizens and make them feel safe from everything that is illegal or can cause any harm to them.
ii) I have very good skills that can help me be a good leader. I am a hardworking guy and always excited to learn more and more new things and exceed my knowledge. I am very helpful person and also I am an honest man. I am having a very good experience in leos as was high command in lspd and also in fib. I have an experience of national guard as well. So these experiences will help to be a leader and I am also a very good citizen. I am following all the city rules.
iii) I will have a very good interaction with all the officer and about their knowledge of leos. So I will try to hire more and more people at high command but only if they are deserving it or they have knowledge of city rules and about leos. I will also conduct interviews with the hc to verify it and also try to filter out more and more knowledgeable high command will be there in sahp. I will take SAHP to that level that everyone will be excited to come in sahp in a very good professional environment.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) HIGHWAY CHECKPOINT: I will hold a checkpoint on highway. This will increase the roleplay between sahp officers and citizens. The highway checkpoint will be leaded by highway patrol officers (hwp) and all sahp officers will participate in this check. They will check if the person is not carrying any illegal things and check if he is wanted by state or not. If he is law abiding good citizen then he will be free to go.
2) CONDUCTING MEETING: I will conduct weekly meeting with the officers to ensure everything is running smooth and if not then we will do take the action of the problem immedietly in needed.
3) OFFERING A GOOD BONUS: I will be offering a good bonus system so that the officers will work more efficiently and in more productive way and also by giving bonus more and more officer will join sahp.
4) INTERACTION WITH CITIZENS (MEETING): Every week we will try to conduct a meeting near sahp hq with citizens where they can tell the situation of highway and if its improved of not and take they valuable feedback about sahp.
5) HIRING BEST HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS: I will try to hire the best human resource officers and tell them to give training at all times. I have seen personally that the new person who joines sahp needs training but no on there at that time. So I will make sure there is one hr who will give training to the new comers so that they can be a good officers in sahp and work without hesitations after their trainings have been done.

2. Internal Affairs: They will do bodycam checks in logs, If there is any issue in between employees they will handle it, check licenses and also doing regularly bgc checks.
