2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1:I've noticed for a while that the grooves are inactive and I want to change that together with a few people.
Together we have a lot of experience and will enhance life in the hallway.
2.2:I noticed very early on that I liked crime more and was keen to try something new and put what I had learned into practice.
2.3:I was housed in gangs, it was always strange because of the whole state experience, but still funny with the right people. The last gang I was active in, I was able to gain a lot of experience and found fun in gang life. And I would like to continue this experience by trying to lead a gang.
My goal is to lead a gang with enormous activity, fun and a leadership period longer than just a few days.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Show more presence at events
Active in Ghetto
Turn the streets Green
Good cooperation externally and internally
Good trainers
I will organize competitions more often
More activity when turfing because our goal is to get 100% of the turf.
Active zincing both in the ghetto and outside the city, e.g. B. by deploying several groups in different locations.
Conduct shop and ammunation robs, organized with different teams.
If the organization becomes more inactive, I will take care of it and take the time
