Dear, Lebron about a month ago now I got banned for this reason mass rule break now I do understand that I broke a lot of rules during my time in En3 but never anything that may cause a permanent ban and u could even check my logs as proof of what I am saying and I feel that this punishment was unfair it could have been a 60 days or a 30 days but permanent is way 2 much and I am right now asking you for a second chance and to put your self in my place
